Set Up a Trust
The first step is to set up the trust and then transfer your assets into the trust. In doing so, we also provide a Financial Power of Attorney, to the person you want to handle your assets, and a Health Power of Attorney, to the person you want to handle your medical decisions, if you are not capable of.
Distribute the Estate
The Trust documents list who you want your estate to go to. It also appoints the person to settle your estate. That person has the power of attorney to flow your assets to the appropriate people. At any time you can change or revoke your trust. It also notes your wishes for any underage children

We set up a Living Trust and then send the documents to an attorney to prepare. Once they are done we deliver them to you to sign. Going forward, you have access to a portal to make changes to your plan
